Konichiwa!

Japan was a Bblast! Our team took off on February 4th for an adventure that we will never forget! We took the 14 hour flight to Tokyo, Japan, and the trip began! We did so much, its hard to sum up in this one little blog, but here's some highlights. Meeting with the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo to learn more about the Japanese Ag Industry, meeting Mr. Chidoni, National FFJ Advisor (the equivalent of Dr. Larry Case), a home stay with FFJ members and checking out lots of green houses.
We traveled to Hiroshima - a huge impacting place, visited shrines and temples, and even got see Mt. Fuji while traveling by on a bullet train at 200 miles per hour.
Food was actually pretty good! Becky, might disagree...you'll have to ask her about it. But fish, rice, and pickles was a guarantee almost everyday!

Check out these cool pictures!!

Don't tell me you aren't jealous of our Kimono's (Japanese Robes)!

And this is me! I'm wearing my K-State purple! And I'm practicing my mobile dexterity by chop stick use!

This is the team in front of a Japanese Pugota!

The sign behind us says, "FFA is the most dynamic youth organization in the world, teaching members premier leadership, personal growth and career success and preparing members for more than 300 careers in agriculture! OK, not really, but it should!
